   We inspect it

   Our technicians verify the model, storage, carrier lock status, and condition. If everything matches, you're paid. If not, we send a revised offer — accept it, or we ship the phone back free.

5. 5

   Get paid

   We send payment by Zelle or PayPal or Check within 2 business days of inspection.

Before you ship

• Back up your data.
• Turn off Find My iPhone (Settings → your name → Find My) or remove your Google account on Android.
• Factory reset the phone.
• Remove the SIM card and any case or screen protector.
