Before you send the lot
Is there a minimum?+
We built this for lots of 10 or more. Fewer than that? Use the regular quote — you'll get an instant price per phone.
What do you buy?+
iPhone and Samsung Galaxy get our best prices, in any condition as long as they power on. Have other brands mixed in? List them — we'll tell you what we can take.
What if a phone doesn't match the list?+
Only that unit is repriced, at the grade we actually found. You see every change before you're paid, and anything you don't want to sell at the new price comes back free.
Company phones with MDM?+
Release them from Apple Business Manager / your MDM and turn off Find My or the Google account first. Locked units can't be bought and are sent back.
Still being paid off or carrier-locked?+
Carrier-locked is fine. Phones with a balance owed can still be bought at a lower price. Lost, stolen or blacklisted phones can't.
Do I need a spreadsheet?+
No. A photo of the pile with a rough count works for a first number. A list with model, storage and condition gets you the firmest offer.
Phones lose value every month they sit in a drawer.
Send the count today, get one number for the lot within 1 business day.
